The Glow™ LED roller skate wheel has a hardness of 83A. A great hybrid indoor/ outdoor wheel that works well on the sidewalks or skating rinks. The LED lights also serve as a safety feature when skating at night, illuminating your path of travel and announcing your position to oncoming traffic.
